Bullet News 24 Terms of Use

Note: These Terms of Use govern the rights and obligations of ANCHOR Inc. The User must carefully read, properly understand, and agree to the Terms of Use in their entirety.

    By downloading or using this application, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please discontinue using the Application. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, a contract for use of the Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is considered to have been formed between the Company and the user. 2.

    2.1 Permitted Use: The Application is provided for the purpose of viewing and sharing news content. Use for any other purpose is prohibited in principle.

2.2 Account: If you create an account to use the Application, please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the protection and security of your account information. Creation of an account by providing false information is not permitted under any circumstances.

We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including, but not limited to, any malfunction due to device or OS version. Licensor is not responsible for any communication or power supply costs required to use the application. 7.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Changes will be provided on the Website or within the Application. 8.

Term of Validity
These Terms of Use are valid for the duration of the user’s use of the Application. If the user discontinues use of the application or deletes his/her account, these Terms of Use will terminate.
Compensation for Damages, etc.
In the event that the User violates these Terms of Use or this User Agreement, the User shall be liable to compensate us for all damages causally related to such violation incurred by us. 10.

Termination and Suspension of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend provision of this Application without notice to the User and without giving a reason. We may also suspend provision of the Application due to maintenance work, or due to force majeure, such as a disaster.

    These Terms of Use shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. Language
    These Terms of Use are written in Japanese and translated into English. The Japanese version is the original and the English version is for reference only.

注意: 本利用規約は、ANCHOR Inc.（以下、「当社」）が運営するニュースアプリ「Bullet News 24」（以下、「本アプリ」）に関して、当社とユーザー間の本アプリの利用に関する権利義務について定めるものです。ユーザーは本利用規約の全文を注意深くお読みいただき、適正に理解し、同意する必要があります。

  1. 規約の適用
    本アプリをダウンロードし、または使用することにより、ユーザーは本利用規約に同意するものとみなされます。本利用規約に同意できない場合、本アプリの使用を中止してください。本利用規約に同意した時点で、当社とユーザー間で本アプリに関する利用契約（以下、「本利用契約」）が成立したものとします。
  2. アプリの利用
    2.1 利用許可: 本アプリは、ニュースコンテンツの閲覧および共有を目的として提供されます。その他の目的での利用は、原則禁止されます。

2.2 アカウント: 本アプリの使用に際してアカウントを作成する場合、アカウント情報の保護と安全についての詳細はプライバシーポリシーを参照してください。虚偽の情報提供によるアカウントの作成はいかなる場合も認められません。

    3.1 著作権等: アプリ内で提供されるコンテンツの著作権等の一切の知的財産権は、コンテンツのライセンサー又はライセンサーが指定した第三者に帰属します。ユーザーは、著作権法等一切の知的財産権法規に違反する形でコンテンツを複製、再配布、変更、または販売することはできません。

3.2 コンテンツ：当社は、提供されるニュースコンテンツの正確性や信頼性について一切の保証をしません。ユーザーは自己の責任で情報を利用し、必要に応じて追加の情報源を参照することをお勧めします。

  2. 利用停止

  4. 利用規約の変更
    当社は、通知なしに本利用規約を変更する権利を有します。変更内容は本ウェブサイトまたは本アプリ内で提供されます。
  5. 有効期間
    本利用規約は、ユーザーが本アプリを使用する期間中有効です。ユーザーが本アプリの利用を中止したり、アカウントに関してはアカウントを削除した場合、本利用規約は終了します。
  6. 損害賠償等
    ユーザーが本利用規約又は本利用契約に違反した場合、ユーザーは当社に対して、当社が被った当該違反と因果関係のある全ての損害について賠償義務を負うものとします。
  7. 解除と提供の停止
    当社は、ユーザーに通知、及び理由を示さずに本アプリの提供を終了または中止する権利を有します。また、保守作業などを行う場合、または災害などの不可抗力により提供を停止する場合があります。
  8. 法的権利
    本利用規約は、日本の法律に従って解釈および執行されます

本利用規約は、日本語で作成され、英語に翻訳される。日本語版が正本であり、英語版は参考として作成される。
